Every client is unique and requires an individualized approach to therapy. That's why I offer a range of energy work options that can be woven into your therapy session. This includes Reiki, crystals, and tarot, which can be incorporated into therapy sessions for those who are interested.
It's important to note that these energy work services are not always a part of therapy sessions, but can be incorporated if the client is interested. These techniques serve as a launching point for further discussion about the client's individual dynamics and to explore deeper aspects of the therapeutic process.

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. This method of Reiki utilizes a non-touch technique. These techniques utilize the practitioner’s intention and visualization to channel healing energy to the client’s body and energy field. Reiki promotes a sense of relaxation, balance, as well as physical and emotional wellbeing.

Crystal healing is a holistic therapy that uses the healing properties of crystals to balance the client's energy, emotions, and promotes overall wellness. I can work with the client to select specific crystals for use during meditations, guided visualizations and their own personal practices at home, in order to release negative energy and restore balance.

The use of tarot cards and associated symbology is a powerful tool for self-discovery and can provide insight into a client's subconscious mind, emotions, and thought patterns. Tarot cards are used as a symbology system to explore the client's past experiences, current situation, emotional and cognitive processes. This can be a helpful way to gain clarity and explore underlying dynamics.
