Consultation &
Supervision

I offer consultation for clinicians who want support with complex trauma cases and with applying the Bridge Integrated Clinical Framework in practice.
Consultation is case-conceptualization-focused. We work to clarify what you are seeing, organize the clinical picture, and identify next steps that are coherent, ethical, and aligned with your scope of practice, and most beneficial for the client. This often includes pacing decisions, stabilization vs. processing, parts-informed conceptualization, and how to intervene without overwhelming the client or the therapist.
Consultation is informed by my decade+ of trauma specialization, extensive training across multiple trauma modalities, and the integration of my clinical framework.I also provide consultation on using the Bridge Framework as a clinical roadmap. This includes how to move between foundations and toolboxes, how to choose interventions moment to moment, and how to maintain a person-centered stance while still working with structure.
Consultation is appropriate for:
Clinicians working with trauma or complex presentations
Clinicians who feel stuck, scattered, or uncertain how to proceed
Clinicians learning or integrating the Bridge framework into their work
Consultation is not supervision and does not count toward licensure hours.

I offer clinical supervision for LMFT-Associates in Texas who have completed their relational hours and want to shift their focus toward trauma-informed individual therapy.
My supervision is structured around developing clear clinical thinking, strong foundational alignment, and a coherent approach to trauma work. We focus on how to assess, pace, and intervene with complexity while maintaining safety, consent, and attunement.
Scope of supervision:
Individual adult and teen clients
Trauma-informed care across common presentations (anxiety, depression, relational distress, panic, adjustment)
Integration of the Bridge integrated clinical framework into clinical practice
I do not provide supervision for couple or family hours. Associates seeking supervision in those areas will need a supervisor whose practice aligns with that work.
This supervision is a good fit for clinicians who:
Have completed their relational hours
Want to specialize in trauma-informed individual therapy
Value a structured, integrative framework without rigid protocol
Supervision is provided in accordance with Texas LMFT Board requirements.
